Communications Business Unit Remains Intact

The Endwave Defense and Security business unit has been acquired by Microsemi. The commercial telecom business of Endwave remains intact, serving high frequency communications applications through millimeter wave. Effective immediately Microsemi will begin integrating the defense and security business unit into its existing RF operations. Microsemi intends to combine Endwave's defense and security business unit's high-frequency product portfolio with its own, creating one of the leading high-reliability RF product offerings in the market today.
